This three bedroom Caribbean style villa is built on two levels and has a private direct access to the beach. On the first level, you have a nice living room opening onto the terrace and two separate bedrooms each one with a private terrace. On the lower level, there is one bedroom in front of the swimming pool with a fitness room, billiard table, television with DVD player and a large deck. The living room is very comfortable, in Indonesian furniture. Large television with Canal Satellite, DVD player, Hi Fi, telephone, ceiling fan. Dining table for 6 persons.

Swimming pool

Nice pool surrounded by a large deck and terrace with lounge chairs, in a tropical lush garden.

Fitness and game room

The fitness room by the pool features 3 machines including rower and exercise bike. TV with DVD player, snooker, babyfoot.

Just want you to know how much we enjoyed Habitation Saint Louis and the terrific people we had to work with ... Laurence, Eric, Vivianne, the pool guy, the gardeners were all really terrific! We will treasure the memories forever, especially the views during Bucket Regatta, the pool and new deck furniture, the gardens with the iguanas and turtle and giant hermit crab, the entrance bougainvilleas, the comfy beds, the barbeque, the close walk to the grocery store and to the wonderful pizza shop …. I think we got to every beach on the island and enjoyed them all….. We would highly recommend this villa and you can feel free to use us as a reference.
