The upper level features the great room with the kitchen, dining and living area, widely open onto the garden deck and the covered deck above the pool, connecting to the ocean view master bedroom with its en suite bathroom. The second bedroom, located on the lower floor, offers the same quality of amenities as the master bedroom but has just a partial sky view.
The pool area is very sunny and the peacefulness of the area is an invitation to reading or relaxation while gazing at the view.

Large king size bed, air conditioning, small flat screen television with DVD player, WIFI. En suite bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and beach towels.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, micro-waves, fridge and freezer, ice maker, toaster, coffee machine and Espresso machine, dishwasher, blender, hood. Service for 12 persons. Gas BBQ outside. Natural ventilation through the large windows and thanks to ceiling windows. Located in the great room.

Living / Dining

Living and dining areas in the great room, decorated in a nice contemporary style, widely open on the garden deck and the deck above the pool, offering a great ocean view and sunrise. Nice natural ventilation and ceiling fan.
Another dining, with a rectangular table for 6, is available on the front covered deck, above the pool.

Swimming pool

Lovely pool with stairs, surrounded by a deck with 2 lounge chairs and 2 comfortable blue “fat boys”.
