This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa in a contemporary style with a base of soft white and grey colours, with touches of bright pink to emphasize as well as touches of natural wood to warm up; offers a spacious living room and a very nice terrace with a private pool where you can relax and enjoy the view. The bedrooms have four poster beds and en-suite bathrooms with doors as well as sliders that open directly to the terrace area. Within walking distance to the many fine shops, restaurants and bakeries located in Gustavia.

The fully equipped kitchen with ceiling fan is separated from the living / dining room by a bar and includes electric oven and stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and espresso machines, blender, electric fruit squeezer, electric whisk, masher, electric kettle, mixer. Gas BBQ on the terrace. Service for 6.
Living / Dining room
The spacious and tastefully decorated central living / dining room opens to the pool and terrace with wonderful views on Gustavia and the harbour. There is an interior dining table for 6 persons adjacent to the kitchen and a second table on the terrace for 4.
Swimming pool
The pool measures 19.68 x 12.46 ft and is surrounded by a beautiful terrace overlooking Gustavia, the harbor and the sunset.

A 10% service charge will be added to all rates. All villa prices are subject to an additional 5% Accommodation Tax. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. Above rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
All rates are based on 7 nights and include an escort to your villa upon arrival, welcome gift and daily maid service (except Sundays & Public Holidays).
During the Christmas & New Year's Holidays a two weeks minimum stay is required.
